These terms are an agreement between you and Colibrí for using the Colibrí app and this website. By using the app, you accept them.

What Colibrí is

Colibrí helps you keep track of your own spending and savings. It doesn't connect to your bank, move money or hold funds. Money in a goal is only a record of what you set aside.

Not financial advice

Budgets, paces, highlights and converted amounts are estimates to help you notice things. They aren't financial, tax or legal advice. Exchange rates come from a third party and can differ from what your bank charged.

Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your sign-in safe and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You can delete it at any time in the app.

Scanned entries

AI can get amounts, dates or places wrong. Check what it finds before you rely on it. Scans may have limits on the free plan.

Group goals and sharing

Anyone in a group can invite people with its code or link. The creator can edit the goal, adjust shares and remove members. Only share codes and links with people you trust; anyone who has one can use it. Be kind: we can remove accounts used to harass others or to break the law.

Colibrí Pro

Pro, when available, is a subscription billed and managed by Apple. It renews until you cancel in your Apple Account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your history is never deleted if Pro ends.

The app as it is

We work to keep Colibrí running and your data safe, but the app is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Colibrí isn't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made based on what the app shows. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without taking away the protections of the consumer laws where you live. Questions: [email protected].
